Matthew L. Jones, (Member)

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991. Also admitted to 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Education: University of Florida (B.A., 1987); Mercer University (J.D., 1991). United States Army Officer 1985-1993.

First Chair Trial Counsel in more than 50 multi-million dollar cases taken to verdict throughout Florida and the United States. These cases included those pending in Federal Court, State Circuit Court as well as various appeals and arbitral proceedings in FINRA, AAA, ICDR and the ICC. Jorge E. Porro, (Partner)

Jorge Porro graduated from Florida State University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Creative Writing and a minor in Business Administration in 2005. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Porro pursued a career in law and attended Tulane University School of Law with a Dean’s Scholarship. Mr. Porro earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law in 2009. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in July of 2010.

During his academic career, Mr. Porro worked at both small-sized and mid-sized level firms, where he gained experience in a wide range of legal issues. In his final year at law school, Mr. Porro externed with the Honorable Lance Africk at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.

Daniel Haydar, (Senior Attorney)

Daniel Haydar graduated from Florida International University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Haydar pursued a career in law and attended Boston College Law School. Mr. Haydar earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School in 2019 and was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida in 2019.

During his academic career, Mr. Haydar has gained experience in a wide range of areas that have allowed him to help clients with their diverse legal needs. This includes, law firm experience, serving as a judicial intern for the Hon. Gina Beovides of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and a semester devoted to the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic where he worked alongside business owners to help them reach their goals.

Eric Rojo-Dotel

Eric Rojo-Dotel, (Senior Attorney)

Eric S. Rojo-Dotel attained an Associate of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Miami-Dade College in 2011, where he served as Vice President of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, and served as Ambassador and State Legislative Officer for the Student Government Association. He subsequently graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations in 2014, where he also participated in Model United Nations. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Rojo-Dotel pursued a career in the legal profession and attended St. Thomas University College of Law with a Merit Scholarship. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2019 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2021.
